Abstract
This study aims at identifying the role of servant leadership in improving the level of regulatory environment at the Interior Ministry and national security –Military Part at Gaza Strip. The population of this study is the persons who work in supervising positions (The head of the department - to The general Manager) those in the high positions. They are (635) person who works in supervising positions in the Internal Security Forces. The sample of this study consists of (240) employer from the supervising positions . The researcher select random sample. The researcher used a questionnaire as a method of this study, the questionnaire was designed by the researcher to be used in this study. (250) questionnaire was distributed and (240) collected with recovery rate (96%). The researcher follows descriptive analytical method to acheive the objectives of this study. Many statistical methods have been used to answer the questions of the study. The most important results of the study are the following: - Reality performance of the serve leadership at The Interior and National Security Ministry - the military prong relative weight (82.50%), while the level of the regulatory environment provides the ministry reached a relative weight (71.01%). - There is statistically significant relationship between servant leadership and improve the regulatory environment level, where the Pearson correlation coefficient (565). The level of significance (0.050). - The independent variable (serve leadership) affects in the dependent variable (the regulatory environment) by (32.6%) and the rest of percentage (67.4%) influence the regulatory environment refers to other variables. The most important recommendations of the study are the following: - Encourage the practices of serve leadership at The Interior Ministry and national security (military part) is under study and to intensify efforts towards the Ministry of deeper understanding of this role leading to improve the regulatory environment at the ministry. - Increase the attention to the inferior's employeesby developing their ability to work and personal attention to their needs. - Provide organizational resources to improve and develop the regulatory environment in the security agencies is under study.
