Abstract

This study aimed to identify the personality traits of the Palestinian leadership political elite، The study consists the Palestinian elites in factions، the researcher used the survey method، because of the limited of study، and they have estimated (207) leader، with a recovery of (167) identification، the researcher designed a tool for study a questionnaire consisting of (36) a paragraph، distributed on four axes، the researcher used the descriptive analytical. The most important results of the study:  the personality traits prominent leadership of the Palestinian political elite got on the (82.256%) as relative weight، while physical domain attributes got first rank with relative weight (84.232%)، The emotional Sentimental domain attributes acquired a second rank with a relative weight (83.246%)، As social features got on ranked third with a relative weight (81.664%)، And mental cognitive domain attributes on the fourth rank with a relative weight (79.88%).  There are no differences that have statistical at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) between averages of respondents responses about the personality of the Palestinian political elite leadership due to the variable age، while there are differences in the mental sphere of knowledge for the benefit of 50 years of age and over  There are no differences that have statistical at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) between averages of respondents responses about the personality of the Palestinian political elite leadership due to a variable regulatory experience while there are differences in the emotional sphere of regulatory experience emotional 15 years and even more. The study concluded for many recommendations، including: - The adoption of the terms and conditions of bases includes identifying to managerial skills، a requirement for scientifically and administratively when choosing a personal leadership - The Ministry of education and competent leadership development through training and developmental programs to upgrade their skills to the best.
