Abstract

This study aimed to identify the level of effectiveness of the leadership and its relationship to the creative behavior among workers and military medical services in the Gaza Governorates. It was the adoption of the descriptive and analytical approach to the study, and the study sample consisted of 213 employees of the military medical services in Gaza Governorates Foundation, where the researcher used two questionnaires: the first to measure the level of effective leadership, and the second was to measure the level of creative behavior, prepared by the researcher have been study data analysis using the statistical package for social Sciences (SPSS). The most important findings of the study include: • effectiveness of leadership among the leaders of the military medical services in Gaza Governorates from the standpoint of their employees came level with a mean (3.050) and relative weight (61.008), a degree (medium). • Creative behavior among working-level military medical services in Gaza Governorates from the standpoint of their employees came with a mean (2.972) and relative weight (59.438), a degree (medium) • There is a positive correlation between the effectiveness of the leadership and creative behavior among workers and military medical services in the Gaza Strip. In light of the most important findings was the researcher recommended: • the need to develop the capacity of the leaders of Medical Services Foundation and development and urged them to improve the administrative and human performance. • the development of creative behavior through their ability to solve problems and creative ways cash and capacity development on the social networking within the enterprise development.
