Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء تصور مقترح لتطوير دور مديري مدارس وكالة الغوث الدولية بمحافظات غزة في رفع مستوى كفايات التقييم الواقعي لدى معلميهم، وقد اتبعت الدراسة كلًا من المنهج الوصفي بمجاله التحليلي، والمنهج البنائي؛ وتمثلت عينة الدراسة بعينة عشوائية طبقية بلغت (298) معلمًا من معلمي مدارس وكالة الغوث الدولية بمحافظات غزة، يمثلون ما يقارب نسبة (4%) من حجم مجتمع الدراسة، وتم تشكيل مجموعة بؤرية من (10) أفراد، وهم: مختصون تربويون (علوم، مواد اجتماعية)، ومديرو مدارس، وأكاديميون. ومثلت الاستبانة أداة جمع البيانات، وكان من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: 1. أن الدرجة الكلية لتقدير عينة الدراسة لدور مديري مدارس وكالة الغوث الدولية بمحافظات غزة في رفع مستوى كفايات التقييم الواقعي لدى معلميهم؛ حصلت على وزن نسبي (73.34%)؛ أي بدرجة مرتفعة، أما ترتيب مجالات الاستبانة حسب أوزانها النسبية؛ فكان على النحو الآتي: جاء مجال "كفايات معرفية" في المرتبة الأولى؛ حيث حصل على وزن نسبي (74.06%) وبدرجة مرتفعة، ثم جاء المجال الأول "كفايات شخصية" في المرتبة الثانية، حيث حصل على وزن نسبي (72.42%) وبدرجة مرتفعة. 2. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور مديري مدارس وكالة الغوث الدولية بمحافظات غزة في رفع مستوى كفايات التقييم الواقعي لدى معلميهم؛ تعزى لمتغيرات: (الجنس، سنوات الخدمة، التخصص). 3. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور مديري مدارس وكالة الغوث الدولية بمحافظات غزة في رفع مستوى كفايات التقييم الواقعي لدى معلميهم تُعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي، وكانت الفروق لصالح المعلمين ممن مستواهم التعليمي بكالوريوس. 4. قامت الباحثة باستنباط سُبل تطوير لدور مديري مدارس وكالة الغوث الدولية بمحافظات غزة في رفع مستوى كفايات التقييم الواقعي لدى معلميهم، من خلال استخلاص استجابات مركزة لعينة الدراسة عبر سؤال مفتوح بهذا الخصوص، ولقد تمت الإشارة إليها في طيات الفصل الخامس. 5. تم بناء تصور مقترح لتطوير دور مُديري مدارس وكالة الغوث الدولية بمحافظات غزة في رفع مستوى كفايات التقييم الواقعي لدى معلميهم. وكان من أهم توصيات الدراسة: 1. عقد ورش عمل يشارك فيها المختصون التربويون، ومدير المدرسة، والمعلمون أصحاب المبحث الواحد؛ للمشاركة في تحليل محتوى المنهاج وفقًا لكفايات إطار المنهاج. 2. قيام الإدارة التعليمية العليا بتصميم نظام قوي؛ لجمع البيانات من التقييم الواقعي الذي ينفذه المعلمون، وتحليلها، وتفسيرها. 3. توجيه المختصين التربويين لمديري المدارس؛ لتوظيف نتائج التقييم الواقعي؛ لمعرفة الاحتياجات التدريبية للمعلمين. 4. تبني إدارة التعليم بوكالة الغوث الدولية التصور المقترح الذي تم بناؤه في الدراسة، لتطوير دور مُديري مدارس وكالة الغوث الدولية بمحافظات غزة في رفع مستوى كفايات التقييم الواقعي لدى معلميهم. The study aimed to propose visionary concept for developing the role of UNRWA schools principals of in Gaza governorates. That is to upgrade the teachers' level of competencies in implementing the authentic assessment. The study followed each of the descriptive approach in its analytical field and the constructive approach. The stratified random sample study consisted of (298) UNRWA's schoolteachers in the Gaza governorates representing approximately (4%) of the size of the study population. IN addition to that, the focus group consisted of (10) individuals: educational specialists (science - social sciences) and school principals and academics. The questionnaire was the main data collection tool. The study came out with important results, among the most important results, which the study came out: 1. The total score for estimating the study sample for the role of UNRWA schools principals in Gaza governorates in raising the level of competencies for utilizing authentic assessment by their teachers with a relative weight of (73.34%), i.e. with a high degree. The questionnaire fields were arranged according to their relative weights: The field of "cognitive competencies" came first with a (74.06%) relative weight, which was a high degree. Then, the field of "personal competencies" came in the second place with a relative weight of (72.42%) which was a high degree. 2. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the averages of the study sample individuals for the role of the principals of UNRWA schools in Gaza governorates in raising the level of competencies of authentic assessment for their teachers; Attributed to variables: (gender, years of service, specialization). 3. There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the averages of the study sample estimates of the role of UNRWA school principals in Gaza governorate to raise the level of teacher's competences in utilizing authentic assessment due to the educational level. The differences were in favor of bachelor holding - degree teachers. 4. The researcher has devised ways to develop the role of UNRWA schools' principals in Gaza governorates in raising the level of competencies of authentic assessment of their teachers by extracting the focused responses of the study sample through an open question for this purpose contained in the folds of the fifth chapter. The study proposed some significant recommendations: 1. Conducting workshops in which the educational specialists, the school principals and the teachers of the same subject participate. That is to take part curriculum content analysis according to the competencies of the curriculum framework. 2. The top education administration level should design a robust system; to collect, analyze and interpret data retrieved from authentic assessment carried out by teachers. 3. Educational specialists should orient school principals to employ the results of the realistic evaluation to know the training needs of teachers.
