Abstract
The study aimed to investigate the effect of Marketing Campaigns Using Social Media Networks on Marka VIP Company Customers Satisfaction in Jordan. The study population consisted of all customers targeted Categories dealing with Marka VIP Company. The study sample included (150) customers from a random sample from Marka VIP company customers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was used. For data collection, data analysis, and tasting hypotheses, A questionnaire was used to collect information about study variables which consisted of (38) items. A number of statistical tools and methods were used such as the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, one sample T-test, multiple, simple Regression and path analysis. A number of results were reached After analysing the study data and assumptions: there was a significant effect of Marketing Campaigns (targeted group, company's efforts and time period) on Marka VIP ـ Company Customer Satisfaction in Jordan at level ( 0.05). There was a significant effect of Social Media Networks on Marka VIP Company Customer Satisfaction in Jordan at level ( 0.05). There was a significant effect of Marketing Campaigns (targeted group, company's efforts and time period) on Marka VIP Company Customer Satisfaction in Jordan under Social Media Networks mediate variable at level ( 0.05). The study recommended activates the mechanisms practicing of marketing campaign by marketing department in Marka VIP Company in Jordan. and the need to focus on the role played by social media networks through marketing campaigns to reach optimal for the targeted group of customers during the best time period and by using the existing efforts and possibilities.
