Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship of Big Data on Knowledge Management Process at Commercial Banks in Amman. The study used the quantitative method by collecting data via questionnaire. 430 questionnaires were distributed among managers, head of departments and working at Jordanian Commercial Banks in Amman. The study revealed the significant Relationship between Big Data (Volume, Variety, Velocity and value) and Knowledge Management processes (creation, acquisition, sharing, and application). Finally, the study recommends that organizations must adopt top-level management for Big Data companies should encourage them to apply Big Data through different training programs. Also, organizations should have prepared various training programs for top level management to enhance their abilities, knowledge and skills.
