Abstract

This study aims to show the impact of job satisfaction on the job loyalty in the Jordanian private universities in Amman, where the problem of the study is in the instability of staff, in addition to the rotation of the members of the administrative staff at the Jordanian private universities in Amman, also the study model of measurement variables has been constructed from previous studies, then has been developed a questionnaire as a tool for the study, while the study population are (217) members, the number of respondents are (96), and the collected data is analyzed by using analytical descriptive approach SPSS program, to answer the questions and hypotheses of this study. The results of this study showed that the extent of job satisfaction and job loyalty in the Jordanian private universities in Amman is practiced to a middle degree, and that there is an impact of job satisfaction by its variables on job loyalty. The study recommended that universities should pay more attention to membership incentives to raise the level of job satisfaction and thus raise the level of loyalty to stabilize the staff and thus the turnover will be reduced between the members of the administrative body at the private Jordanian universities in Amman.
