Abstract
The study aimed to recognizing the impact of human resource management practices as an independent variable through (HR planning, recruitment & selection, training, performance appraisal, and compensation) on strategic renewal as a dependent variable through (Organizational Change Management Capability, Business Adaptation Enhancement Orientation, Competitive Operation Flexibility Emphasis, Environmental Learning Focus, and Dynamic Management Ability Awareness). The field of the current study is the Jordanian commercial banks in the capital Amman that are (13) banks, the population are (3243) individuals, while proportional random stratified sample of 346 from all managers in the top and middle levels. The returned questionnaires are (330). The questionnaires are used as a main instrument to collect information and then are analyze it statistically (The arithmetic mean and standard deviations, the linear regression method, the Cronbach alpha constant), the AMOS program version (22) is used to make sure from Confirmatory Factor Analysis in analyzing the data path. ف The results showed, there are an interest in the human resource management practices (HR planning, recruitment & selection, training and performance appraisal) in the Jordanian commercial banks in Amman because they are high level, while the results showed that interest in compensation is medium-level. And the results of the strategic renewal are showed, there are interest in all variables of the dependent variable by the Jordanian commercial banks in Amman because they are high level. In the multiple regression test, there is a statistically significant impact of human resource management practices on strategic renewal. So, the study recommended more attention to the compensation system in the process of stimulating and saving highly qualified staff. In addition to interest in further research on strategic renewal as an independent variable. Keywords: Human Resource Management Practices, and Strategic Renewal.
