Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of using E-Marketing tools on stimulate sales at Amman city hotels. The study used the quantitative method by collecting data via questionnaires. (500) questionnaires were distributed among clients at (13) of five stars Jordanian hotels in Amman city. Out of the (500) questionnaires, (484) were retrieved, and (16) questionnaire were discarded for large missing data. The study revealed that using of E-Marketing such as: (hotel web site, hotel blog, hotel social media, and hotel e-mail) have significant impact on sales promotion such as: (trade contest, coupons, and rebates). Finally, the study recommends that hotels in Amman city should continue the using of E-Marketing policy and to activate trade promotion electronically, and to active the promotion of their services across all electronic media, especially social media sites.
