Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر المناعة التنظيمية في إدارة الأزمات بشبكة الأقصى الإعلامية، وقد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لإجراء الدراسة ، واستخدم أسلوب الحصر الشامل لجمع البيانات من أصحاب المراكز الإدارية بشبكة الأقصى الإعلامية (عضو مجلس إدارة، مدير عام، مدير دائرة، رئيس قسم، رئيس شعبة، ومشرف) والبالغ عددهم (81)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وقد تم استرجاع (76) استبانة، أي أن نسبة الاسترداد بلغت (93%)، وقد تم استخدام برنامج ((SPSS لتحليل البيانات، كما أجرى الباحث عدة مقابلات مع بعض أصحاب المناصب الإدارية العليا في شبكة الأقصى الإعلامية، وكان من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: توافر المناعة التنظيمية بأبعادها الثلاثة لدى شبكة الأقصى الإعلامية، حصل مجال تطبيق إدارة الأزمات في شبكة الأقصى الإعلامية على درجة متوسطة، يوجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المناعة التنظيمية وإدارة الأزمات، وجود أثر لأبعاد المناعة التنظيمية (التعلم التنظيمي، الذاكرة التنظيمية، الحمض النووي التنظيمي) في إدارة الأزمات، الاهتمام بأبعاد المناعة التنظيمية من شأنه أن يعزز قدرة المنظمة على مواجهة المخاطر والأزمات، أداء شبكة الأقصى الإعلامية خلال مرحلة الأزمة أفضل من أدائها خلال مرحلة ما بعد الأزمة، التعلم التنظيمي كان الأكثر تأثيرا في إدارة الأزمات، وقد خرج الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات كان من أهمها: زيادة اهتمام إدارة الشبكة بأبعاد المناعة التنظيمية لزيادة تحصين المؤسسة في مواجهة المخاطر والأزمات وتشجيع الموظفين على التشارك المعرفي لزيادة التعلم التنظيمي واعتماد المنهج العلمي في إدارة الأزمات من خلال إجراء البحوث والدراسات والاستعانة بالخبراء وعقد الدورات التدريبية في هذا المجال. Abstract ملخص الرسالة باللغة الإنجليزية This study aims to identify the Impact of Organizational Immunity on Crisis Management at Al-Aqsa Media Network. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach and used the Complete Census to collect data from the perspectives of the holders of management positions in Al-Aqsa Media Network including the following positions of Board Member, Director General, Director of the Department, Head of section, Head of division, and Supervisor, whose total number is (81). To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed as a tool for study. (76) responses were retrieved, whereas the recovery rate was (93%). The SPSS program was used to process the data and to test hypotheses, the researcher also interviewed some administrators of the Al-Aqsa Media Network. The results of the study showed a group of results. The most important result were; the availability of the Organizational Immune in Al-Aqsa Media Network, and the Crisis Management in Al-Aqsa Media Network has obtained a medium degree. There was also a statistically significant relationship between the availability of the Organizational Immune and crisis management. It was also found that there is an effect of the Organizational Immune with its aspects (Organizational Learning, Organizational Memory, Organizational DNA) in the Crisis Management, Increase of attention to the aspects of organizational immunity enhances the ability of the organization to face risks and crises, The performance of Al Aqsa Media Network during the crisis phase is better than its performance during the post-crisis phase, Organizational learning was the most influential aspect in crisis management. Therefore, the researcher recommends that the Al-Aqsa Network management should encourage knowledge sharing to enhance the organizational learning, attention to the aspects of Organizational Immune to protect the organization from risks and crises and adopting the scientific method in crisis management through conducting research and studies and using experts and holding training courses in this field.
