Abstract
Recently, Arab universities sought towards Localization of scientific fields to promote our Arabic language and establish it, where the most important field is computer. The expansion of the computer areas makes the control of hierarchical and classification of computer terms and Arabized these terms and search through them very difficult. Also, The classification, structuring and Localization of computer terminology in the Arabic language is not existent in our libraries. Therefore, this paper presents a survey for all branches of computer and then, structuring , classification and arranging of these branches after that we explain the terms of each field separately We implement this application through dynamic web which contains the classification, structuring m, Localization and definition computer terminology for each branch. This web has the flexibility for modifying the structural and terms also, we use binary tree algorithm for adding/removing terminologies, where this leads to overcomes the difficulties (time and effort) which facing the beneficiaries of the Localization of computer terminology. also, we aim to globalize the etymologies of computer in the Arabic language for students of Arabic universities.
