Abstract

The study aims to identify the level of Total Quality Management contribution in achieving processes of Knowledge Management of Military Medical Services (MMS) in the Gaza strip, Whereas the research population consisted of a staff in supervisory positions whose number is estimated in " 156 " employees " From Head of Division to General Manager, whereas the study's sample is relied on the overall survey of the research community from the entire staff, in supervisory position in the Military Medical Services (MMS) in the Gaza strip, except who participated in the sample exploratory to stay (145) employees. The study research tool is a questionnaire designed by the researcher and consists of (72) items, and also is distributed over three axes with using descriptive analytical approach and statistical package for the social sciences program (SPSS) . The most important findings of the study :-  There is an incorporeal correlation that is statistically significant between Total Quality Management components and Knowledge Management .  The independent variable(Total Quality Management)affects with rate of (76.0%) in the dependent one (knowledge Management),but the remained (24.0%) that influences the Knowledge Management , relates to other variables  The level of application of Total Quality Management and Knowledge Management of medical services in the military is very weak, reaching application of the principles of Total Quality Management ratio of (49.26%), while the application of Knowledge Management ratio stood at (44.94%).  There are no differences that have statistical between the respondents' responses on Total Quality Management and Knowledge Management due to the differences " among age, academic qualification, experience and gender", while, There are differences that have statistical depending on among vacation for whom who works in administrative staff.  The most important elements of Total Quality are monitoring and evaluation processes that could recognize what has been achieved, while, The most important impediment of Total Quality Management in the device is the reluctance of change to some employees due to fair of change influences or some other reasons .  The most important elements of Total Quality success in the device is ensuring of verifying cognitive channels in order to facilitate the process of imparting knowledge as the fact that individuals (employees) have various ways to implement works and express about themselves, while, The most important impediment of Knowledge ي Management in the device is the incapacity of measuring physical returns to knowledge management. The most important recommendations to which the study concluded :  To enhance work according to the comprehensive quality management principles at military medical services in the Gaza Strip by activating the work of Quality Assurance Unit by providing it with qualified staff and work ingredients.  To work on the development of Knowledge Management processes at the military medical services in the Gaza Strip by creating a knowledge section.  The administration should constantly work at developing and improving the technology used at the provision of services.  Intensive work to absorb and operationalize the concept of e-government practice through the completion of transactions and providing services to the public electronically beneficiary. The study concludes a set of general recommendations and presents a set of proposals for future studies .
