Abstract
The study aimed to look at the role of the political dimension of good governance in Malaysia experience of development in the period of Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad maker Renaissance Malaysia (1981 -2003), and the possibility of Palestinian benefit from this experience, and to achieve this purpose, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method where a review of the literature and theoretical studies Previous, to determine the principles of good governance, and to identify the criteria to achieve Malaysia's development, and the comparative method were compared to good governance in Malaysia to good governance in Palestine, and the curriculum forward-looking to explore the future of development in Palestine, as the use of the methodology of systems analysis, where he was relied upon to explain economic phenomena From a political angle, as the researcher used the interviews to answer some questions. The study found a set of results and it was the most important are the following: development state needs to the requirements and benefits must be realized the state, is a developmental thought enlightened leadership, and the elite bureaucracy strong, effective and efficient and cohesion, and the values of justice, tolerance and community, which let to unite and love, and the presence of private and responsible hand from the development process, and civil society and be responsible for the Supporter government against corruption, as the study found that there is a strong and interdependent relationship between the political dimension of good governance and development in the State Development, The study also found that Palestinian political division is a direct impact on the political dimension of good governance, as well as the adoption of the Palestinian National Authority on foreign aid dramatically and link the Palestinian economy, the Israeli economy impact on the development process in general. The study also provided a set of recommendations including: the need for agreement among specialists on a unified concept of good governance in order to avoid the complexity of interactions resulting from the multiplicity of dimensions and overlap when the application process, and the need to establish a specialized government center for the preparation of qualified leaders to lead Semitism centers in the state, and refinement of these leaders in the development of thought, need to focus on good governance standards and the pursuit of advanced places on the world map through the separation of the three powers, and the establishment of periodic elections and the dissemination of public freedoms ... etc, and must return to the political and societal true unity between Hamas and Fatah and the involvement of factions and other political forces in the government of national unity does not differentiate between the Palestinian society, this government is working to promote the principles of good governance, and carry out the desired خ development process Palestinians and globally, and work to find internal resources of the Palestinian National Authority and its development, and dismantling of Palestinian economic link for the Israeli.
