Abstract

Department of reform and Rehabilitation Centers relationship with motivation for achievement The study aimed to identify the reality of management reform and rehabilitation centers in Gaza Strip and its relationship with motivation to accomplish, I have used the study descriptive analytical method for suitability to the subject of the study, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher using tow cirterions prepared by the researcher: the first cirterion: achievement motivation among administrative staff in reform and rehabilitation centers scale Gaza Strip, and it consists of this measure (39) items distributed on five dimensions, and second cirterion was to measure the reality of the administration to the administrative staff of reform and rehabilitation centers and have included a (36), paragraph, and I have both cirterions applied to (84) of the administrative staff reform and rehabilitation centers four in the Gaza )Strip, :( North province, Gaza province, Central province, Khan yonis The study found a set of results as follows: 1-The fact that the management level administrators in reform and rehabilitation centers in Gaza provinces, the level is high, where the arithmetic mean of the reality of administration 3.73 withe relative weight 74.69%. 2-The organization dimension taking the first arrangement of management dimensions withe relative weight 80.29%, while the guidance dimension taking the recent arrangement from the arrangements of management dimensions withe relative weight 70.30%. 3-The achievement motivation among administrators in reform and rehabilitation centers in the Gaza Strip was the level of a high level, reaching the arithmetic average of the motivation for the completion of 3.713 withe relative weight 74.26%. ح The study found several recommendations including: Should be given the right incentives to the staff of reform and rehabilitation centers of the Ministry of Interior in accordance with the nature of their work and achievement and productivity.
