Abstract

The research aims to identify the intellectual capital and its relationship to career alienation from the perspective of workers in the Ministries of Labor and Social Affairs in the Gaza Strip. The researcher has used the descriptive analytical method for this purpose, and the use of the list of the survey as a tool head of the data collection. The community size has reached (120) employees and employee owners of jobs supervisory, were obtained (120) by identifying recovery (100%). The researcher used comprehensive inventory method of data collection, He also used astatistical analysis program (SPSS) as a package for statistical data entry and processing and testing hypotheses. The most important findings of the study: 1. The degree to approval study sample has amounted at the level of intellectual capital available in the Ministries of Labor and Social Affairs medium degree. 2. The degree has amounted to approval study sample the level of availability career feeling of alienation in the Ministries of Labor and Social Affairs medium degree. 3. There is a statistically significant inverse relationship between intellectual capital components career and alienation of workers in the Ministries of Labor and Social Affairs in Gaza Strip. 4. There are no statistically significant differences between the mean estimate study sample about this area that is attributable to demographic variables (age, job title, years of service, educational qualification), while There are some differences related to gender, in favor of females. The most important recommendations made by the study: 1. The need to deal with the intellectual capital as a key and strategic resource of the resources owned by the ministry, and maintain and develop continuously, through: - The ministry is keen to adopt a real practices towards providing an ministry Should take effective measures to include programs and foundations - appropriate environment for creativity and innovation. · That the for a system of incentives and promotions organizational structures, and to achieve harmony between the internal organizational structures, processes, and continuously developed. - The ministry is should seek to computerize various procedures and operations to develop and improve performance, and update databases and information systems constantly. 2. The interest in the proposed framework presented by the researcher, and a plan of action for the implementation steps proposed framework based on the use of intellectual capital to reduce the degree of job alienation in the Ministries of Labor and Social Affairs.
