Abstract

The study addressed the Iranian policy towards the Arab revolutions (2011-2013) in five chapters; where the study focused on the Iranian policy position, its various multiple dimensions towards Arab revolutions, the reflection of their positions, their impact on these revolutions ,and the relationship with the Iranian state, the study discussed Iranian political foundations towards the Arab states, the development of Iranian state ,the relationship of Iranian evolution and Arab, and the roots of Arab Iranian dispute, then described the Iranian policy-making and backgrounds: religious, sectarian, nationalist and revolutionary, and then discussed the determinants, and mechanisms of the political industry in Iran, and then discussed the Arab revolutions, reviewing internal, external and regional causes, and then the study gave an overview about Arab revolutions, and their evolution. after that the study explore Iranian-Arab relations before the Arab revolutions, and the Iranian policy towards the Arab revolutions in Arab countries, and the study pointed out the possible scenarios of what will occur to the political situation in the Arab countries after revolutions, which range from the growing influence of Iran, or the formation of anti- Iran government. The researcher studied the problem and characterized the data and analyzed it based on the descriptive analytical method, and used the systems approach to study the Iranian regime, as well as the inductive approach to understand the future scenarios projected Arab-Iranian relations, as well as the approach to the national interest. among the important study results: that Iran is trying to redraw the regional influence map in the light of the decline of the American role, and the continuation of the flabby Arab situation at the moment, and the absence of an Arab regional power that able to compete with the regional powers in the region (Iran, Turkey and Israel), rival regional and global policies will work to break up the region into multiple orientations mosaic on doctrinal, sectarian and nationalist grounds, which will be a barrier to Iranian influence, but Iran will continue important state in the region and its role cannot to be ignore. The study made several recommendations including: not to ignore Iran, and the exploitation of Pragmatic in building a relationship based on common interests, and also study the impact of the internal Iranian conflict the future of the Arab-Iranian relations, and the impact of the conflict between Iran and the important regional countries on the and Arab issues.
