Abstract

This study aimed to identify the degree of having effective control systems able to govern using medical tools and the cost of their uses ElShifa Medical Complex, clarifying the scientific basis used for applying the domestic control systems in hospitals and understanding the obstacles facing the hospital administration in implementing the domestic control systems, as well as knowing the individual differences in the implementation of the domestic control systems in the El- Shifa Medical Complex which includes the following: Age, sex, qualification, years of experience, and job title. To achieve these goals, the researcher used the descriptive approach by distributing questionnaire to the sample of the study, which consisted of 108 employees, who hold control jobs office manager, department manager and director working at El- Shifa Medical Complex, The response rate was 84.3% The findings revealed that there are control tools and systems followed at the expense of medical tools in El- Shifa Medical Complex, but there is weakness in implementing of the scientific bases for the interior control laws. In addition, there are barriers to in applying the domestic control systems over the medical tools in the hospitals. There were no significant statistical differences in the implementation of the domestic control systems at the expense of the medical drugs and tools that can be attributed to the: Age, sex, qualification, years of experience, and job title. The study had the following recommendations: - It is necessary to publish a guide book that includes detailed procedures for each control process based on types and fields of work of parties subject to this control and applying them practically. - It is necessary to train and activate the control employees and following scientific bases in the interior control process. - It is necessary that the hospital administrations adopt different modern technologies in the process of control. - It is important to update the tools and techniques of interior control.
