Abstract
This study aimed at identifying to what extent non – governmental organization implemented the Islamic principles in human resources management in Gaza strip. and identifying the differences or respondents opinions about non – governmental organization implemented the Islamic principle in human resources management in Gaza strip due to the study variables . The study adopted the analytical descriptive approach in order to analyze the phenomenon and to show the relationships between its different dimensions. The study sample consisted of 215 employees, (Managers and Project coordinators in nongovernmental organizations). The study shows the following results: There is a positive relationship with a statistical significance, between attraction, selection and appointing, in accordance with the Islamic principles and the performance of non-governmental organizations. There is a positive relationship with statistical significance between implementation of human resources training in accordance with the Islamic principles and the performance of non-governmental organizations. There is a positive relationship between planning implementation for human resources in accordance with the Islamic principles and the performance of non-governmental organizations. There is a positive relationship with a statistical significance, between implementation of development and performance evaluation of human resources in accordance with the Islamic principles and the performance of the non-governmental organizations. There is a positive relationship with a statistical significance, between implementation of social responsibilities in accordance with the Islamic principles and the performance of the non-governmental organizations. There is a positive relationship with statistical significance, between implementation of incentives, rewards and compensation of human resources in accordance with the Islamic principles and the performance of the nongovernmental organizations . There are not any differences with a statistical significance between averages of the Islamic principles implementation in human resources' management on the performance of non-governmental organizations related to variables of gender, educational qualification and job title, except for after dimension which shows differences in favor of the Director-General, the age of the organization, number of employees, and years of service. Among the most important recommendations of the study is that the nongovernmental organizations should be concerned with enhancing the application of the principles of The Islamic morality, by emphasizing the ethical practices regarded as an essential part of the evaluation and uplift of workers, and a fundamental criterion for the selection of staff and the appointing of directors.
