Abstract
This study aimed to identify the role of women's governmental leadership training program of in developing the performance of women leaders in the Palestinian ministries southern governorates, and stand on the most important obstacles to women's governmental leadership training program, arriving at recommendations from the results of the scientific study contribute to the development of women's governmental leadership training program. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, the study community is women graduates of women's governmental leadership training program, she conducts a comprehensive survey of the study community, the number of respondents (64) graduate, researcher designed a questionnaire specifically as a tool of study. The study showed that there were no statistically significant correlation between the role of women's governmental leadership training program and between the functionality of the women leaders in the development of Palestinian ministries southern governorates, the study also demonstrated that there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of the respondents and the role of women's governmental leadership training program in the development of functionality of the women leaders in the Palestinian ministries southern governorates due to (job title, years of experience, educational qualification). It also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between respondents responses and the role of women's governmental leadership training program in the development of functionality for women leaders in the Palestinian ministries southern governorates due to (administrative obstacles, obstacles external environment), also showed a statistically significant differences between the respondents responses and the role of women's governmental leadership training program in the development of functionality of the women leaders in the Palestinian ministries southern governorates due to financial constraints The study recommended the need to strengthen the result to the effect that there is a correlation between the effectiveness of women's governmental leadership training program and job performance development of the women leaders through the selection of advanced and a variety of training programs lead to job performance development on an ongoing basis, the need to emphasize the diversification of methods and levels of training in the training programs that affect positively the effectiveness of training programs in proportion to the professional level of the trainees, emphasize the need to take into account individual differences among the Trainees in the training programs, the use of coaches experts Trainers and, professionals and high Efficient people in the field of training, in particular the preparation of women leaders, the need to strengthen of training programs for the preparation of governmental women's leadership programs, the need to diversification in the private financial support for training programs and search for new and alternative sources of support as institutions and civil society sources.
