Abstract

Psychological warfare used by the Palestinian resistance in the face of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip in 2014 The study aimed to identify the motives of psychological warfare by the Palestinian resistance in the face of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip in 2014 and to identify the means and methods of psychological warfare adopted by the Palestinian resistance in the face of Israeli aggression. The researcher has used descriptive analytical method was study sample consisted of (233) of academics field at the Islamic University, and the University of Al-Aqsa and Al-Azhar University, and the University of Rabat security, as well as the security, political and media icons Palestinian organizations, as well as the field of psychology, and media professionals in TV and radio stations, and politicians in the provinces of Gaza, where the researcher used a questionnaire to measure the psychological warfare used by the Palestinian resistance in the face of Israeli aggression, the study data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) The study found the following results: • that the motives of the psychological war with the Palestinian resistance in the face of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip in 2014 in the center of the motives of psychological warfare, were as follows military motives came first, followed by the psychological and social motives and religious motives. • The psychological warfare methods adopted by the Palestinian resistance in the face of the Israeli occupation of the Gaza Strip in 2014, which came T as follows military surprise then brainwashing and military data. Results Assumptions • There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) in the average estimate of the use of psychological warfare of the Palestinian resistance in the face of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip in 2014 due to the variable degree (BA, MA, PhD) • There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) in the average estimate used psychological warfare of the Palestinian resistance in the face of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip in 2014 due to the variable specialization (media, political, psychological, security) In light of the most important results it has recommended Researcher: • Study the enemy of all political, economic, social and psychological fields and determine its strengths and weaknesses so that they can confront the resistance and excel it. • raise awareness of the Palestinian resistance and all segments of the people about the psychological warfare techniques and how to address them. • instill patriotism and loyalty to the Palestinian resistance and the promotion of belonging among all segments of the Palestinian people
