Abstract

This study deals with Israel's national security, and lt's impact on Palestinian security, between 1948 -2012. Which aims to identify generally on the national security concept and Israel's national security, according to the principles, pillars that built, the factors which effect on them, the traits, elements that define their theories throughout their historical stages, since the establishment of Israel country even the war on Gaza, in 2012. And the study aims to identify the Palestinian security, according to lt's the concept, principles, structures, foundations, the factors that influence, the historical extents, and the impact of Israel's national security on the Palestinian security development. This study includes on six chapters, Chapter one contains in A general framework and the comment of the study. Chapter two contains in Israel's national security, aims, principles, pillars, variables, and its components. Chapter three contains the historical stages of the theory of the Israeli national security through wars. Chapter four contains in the concept of Palestinian security and lt's principles, pillars , influences and lt's the challenges that its faced. Chapter Five contains in the stages of the development of the Palestinian security, between (1948 -2012). Chapter Sex contains in the process of Analysis of the impact of Israel's national security on the Palestinian security. The researcher used the historical descriptive approach aided with the analytical , historical approach which follows the historical stages of the development Israel's national security theory, the historical stages that the Palestinian security passed it, and it's impact on Palestinian security. The researcher reaches to many results, that replied to most of the study's Questionnaires as following: Some of the results showed that The Palestinian security was influenced by Israel's national security, and Determines its tracks, basses, and its development through that's influence. The study also showed that the imposed relationship on the Palestinian security, is a dialectical relationship to make it evolve and change, to be keep pace with change of historically Israeli National Security . The study also showed that Israel's security is national security of the country from the outset, and the Palestinian security, is not arrive to level of a fully sovereign country to become nationally security, but lt's develop as reactions for the imposed stages of reality Israel's occupation, so the Palestinian security was passed from the insecurity stage, to the Revolutionary Security to stage semi-country security. The researcher recommended that we will build our security strategy in Palestine , according to the revolutionary security system; as we are still in the stage of national liberation , and not within standard of the country , because we do not reach to a level of an independent and sovereign country .
