Abstract

The study aims to identify the reality of the exercise of administrative processes with the security and judicial procedures in the fight against drug crimes Management in the Gaza Strip, to identify the obstacles that limit its effectiveness and efficiency . The researcher used descriptive analytical method, consisting of two communities. First: workers, who manage the fight against drugs, from the rank of lieutenant or above totaling (155) and hit random sample (88). The second community is made up of members of the public prosecutor and the adult population (49) and total sample intentionality (4). In addition to the judges of the courts of First Instance's (15), and total sample intentionality (1) . The researcher used the questionnaire to collect data with the first community while he used the interview with the second community. The most important results of the study.  The degree of applying the administrative processes with security measures in the fight against drug crime administration came a rate (72.15%).  The practice of administrative processes with the judicial proceedings in the fight against drug crimes is varying and there is an administrative insufficiency in some aspects.  Multiple Constraints that limit the effectiveness and efficiency of the judicial process in the fight against drug crime management, including the small number of medical centers for the treatment and rehabilitation of drug addicts. Also lack of financial resources .  Multiple Constraints that limit the effectiveness and efficiency of the judicial process in the fight against drug crime management, including lack of judicial bodies that are specialized on investigation and Chapter in drug issues . Also the weakness of cooperation and integration between the judicial authorities and the relevant authorities. ل Conclusions and Recommendations for future research:  The establishment of clinics where treat drug patients all over the Gaza Strip. It should be away from the mental health clinics and provides the physical and human possibilities.  The institutionalization of cooperation and integration between security and judicial authorities and between the relevant authorities which are in relationship to work with concerted efforts to combat serious drug offenses against Drugs and Psychotropic Substances
