Abstract
This study aims at identifying the reality of organization education represented in cooperation, group work with team spirit, workers participation in decision making, creative thinking in problem solving, and punctuality in crisis management in the Ministry of National Economy, South Governorates. It is intended to show the demographic factors effects – service period, age, gender, and academic qualifications— on the sample members viewpoint with regard to the availability of organization education to them, and to show its relationship with crisis management in the Ministry of National Economy. The study uses the analytic descriptive method as it suits the topic of the study and it is one of the mostly used methods in studying social phenomena. The study sample is formed of 71 male and female employees. The study used comprehensive surveying method on all elements of the study sample. Furthermore, to achieve the study goals a questionnaire formed of seven main sections was designed. The questionnaire was distributed to the targeted employees such as head of branch and upper ranks. Seventy questionnaire papers about 98.6% of the distributed questionnaires were collected and analyzed by using SPSS program. Suitable statistical tests were used to reach to valuable statistical significant indicators which support study topic. The study reached to a group of important results: Ministry of National Economy employees have more than average level of organization education. The overall education level percentage reached ( 66.97% ) and the arithmetic mean of the percentage of the reality of crisis management in the Ministry of National Economy is more than average (62.41% ). On the light of these results, the study reached to the following recommendations which may deepen organization education among employees, increase the proficiency of the employees in dealing with the succeeding crisis. The most important of these recommendations is paying attention to organization education as intellectual item which has effect such as materialistic items, tending to learn from the lessons of the previously faced crisis. It also recommends documenting the crisis to help develop the prevailing organization education, working on employees participation in decision making and giving them the authority to make decisions , and maintaining and preparing the suitable educational environment in the ministry for creative thinking to solve the problems. The study recommends paying more attention for preparing and organizing continuous training courses and programs specialized in crisis management for managers and employees, and establishing independent administration for crisis management or reinforcing the team working on crisis management that represents all the ad hoc administrative bodies in the ministry.
