Abstract

This research aims to realize the relationship between career planning organizatinal efficiency in the ministries of Palestinian National Authority in Gaza Strip through studying the state of the ministries of Social Affairs and Labor, as well as,the measurement of the impact of demographic variables on this relationship . The recearcher followed the descriptive analytical methodto achieve the objectives of the research which suits the nature of the research. The questionnaire has been distributed on the population of the (130) employees who have the supervisory titles in the two ministries using the style of a comprehesive survey , The returned questionnaire were (130) questionnaires with a response rate of 100%. The reseach reveals that there is significant statistical relation between the career planning and organizational effectiveness with its fields( rate of productivity among the staff, the level of motivation ,the degree of jop satisfaction among employees in decicion-making, and attention to the training of human resources).The research proved that there are no apparent statistical differences around career planning and its relation with organizational effectiveness due to (gender, age , jop title ,qualification ,number of years of service). The researcher recommends designed system and proposed models for planning and emplementation of career paths for employees and inform them of these plans in advance which affects the incease of their loyalty to the institution and helps to creat a state of stability ,increase participation and coordination between senior management and supervisory in the planning of career paths ,and provide advice and guidance and assistance for all staff to clarify their goals and help them achieve their aspirations and goals , attention to the level of motivation among employees through financial and moral incentives and to clarify the relation between motivation to work and career , follow-up rates of productivity among the staff by making sure to perform tasks efficiently and effectively ,increase the effectiveness of participation in decicion-making through puplic policies and plans in the ministries to participate actively.
