Abstract

This study clarifies the relations development of Hamas movement internationally Through passing the different stages of the relations in its three circles Arab, Islamic and foreign. Hamas is considered a national liberation movement. This study comes from the hypotheses explaining that Hamas movement founded balance international relations and these relations have dramatically widened after the Palestinian legislative elections in 2006. Hamas movement also established various relations with many regional countries that have a great influence in the international community. The international relation of Hamas represented a central factor in support of Palestinian cause. These hypotheses were proven and enhanced by the results of study. Due to the nature of the study, the researcher depends mainly on the descriptive analytical approach where he describes and analysis the international relations of Hamas movement, and its impact on Palestinian cause. خ The study indicates many results which emphasize Hamas success in creating balanced relations between all international relations without interference in the policy of axes rival and has also kept its decisions and orientations that guarantee to protect its interests and constants of Palestinian people away from the external regional and international pressures. The study concludes that Arabic and Islamic relations of Hamas began with Hamas emergence, whereas Hamas relations with foreign countries appeared and formed after deportation event in the end of 1992. Moreover, Hamas winning in the second Palestinian legislative elections represented a strong indicator in relations development of Hamas and makes it open to new international parties. Farther more the uprisings of Arab springs contributed significantly in the development of Hamas relations particularly at Arabic and Islamic levels.
