Abstract

This research aimed to identify the most important problems which head masters and senior Palestinian police officers in Gaza strip when practicing and applying The concept of crisis management in there several departments, how they deal with it, so the researcher have used the Descriptive analytical method on the aims and research questions. So the researcher have used the questionnaire method for whole data the research population counted (299) officer, also he used Comprehensive inventory style, where those questionnaires has been distributed on the whole members of the research population, and the study baseline achieved the result as there are some obstacles in the crisis management of the Palestinian police in Gaza and most important obstacles were (Training, financial efforts, Human potential) where it’s also noted that the Palestinian Police is Gaza strip according to the senior office has a mediate ability for control and rolling those crisis by 61.5%. And appearance of Positive correlation relationship which based on six fields of measuring the obstacles crisis in Gaza Strip. No statistically significant difference were found in the following crisis management constraints (planning, getting information, a viability of active communication system, Organizational Structure, financial efforts, training) and crisis management constrains according to the following Demographic variables (Military rank, Qualification, Age groups, Province). An essential statistically significant difference were found in the following crisis management constraints (Planning, The human and material resources) and according to (Experience), and (Organizational Structure) according to the variable of (Province) its noticeable here that an essential effect depends on statistically significant obstacles in the following fields (Planning, getting information, a viability of active communication system, The human and material resources, Training) for the Palestinian Police officers in Gaza Strip for Controlling crisis. According to the recommended results for the study baseline as establishing a new separated department for crisis management in the Police office, mentioning here the importance of increasing the financial and humanity efforts, increase special training for crisis management constraints, increasing the ability and needs for a future plans for crisis management of the Palestinian Police in Gaza Strip.
