Abstract
The study aimed to identify the pressures of work and its relationship to take administrative decisions in the Ministry of Finance in the Gaza Strip, and to identify the factors and constraints that affect the managerial decision-making have employed in the Ministry of Finance, And identify the impact of work on the managerial decision-making in the Ministry of Finance in the Gaza Strip under pressure, and all of the answers respondents about the level of the pressures of work and decision-making due to demographic variables (gender, age, educational qualification, Job Title, years of experience in the named current job, specialization, Salary ). The study used the descriptive analytical method which is trying through which describe the phenomenon under study, and the analysis of data and the statement of the relationship between the components and the views that arise around and operations that included the effects of that, and the study population of decision makers in the Ministry of Finance in the Gaza Strip totaling (150) male and female employees according to 2014 statistics, with the use of the overall sample, and applied the tool on an exploratory sample size (30) questionnaire, and after making sure of the sincerity and integrity of the questionnaire for the test have been distributed (150) identification of the study population has been recovered (140) questionnaire by (93.3%) . The study found a range of results, including: not being called working days holiday greatly, because each employee who specializes in currency and is implemented in accordance with the sequence of action steps, and that the pressure caused by the workload acceptable, and there is no disagreements professional between co-workers in the ministry Relations humanitarian good , and there is homogeneity between the values prevailing in the ministry, and the personal values of employees, and that the work assigned to the staff of the ministry are the fullest and the right time, where is the involvement of employees in decision-making, and make way for operators to get the opportunities to provide and sophistication career The study concluded the following recommendations: the need to provide a suitable working environment for employees in the ministry through the provision of tools suitable work and the need to develop the ministry of social relations to their employees among themselves through the coordination of visits, and the need for attention of senior management in the ministry determine stress levels acceptable and moderate, and monitor the pressure prevailing so as not to exceed the appropriate limits, and there must be a plan or an appropriate method to predict the size of the negative pressures expected and reserve them early to avoid their harmful effects, the need to focus on the importance of following scientific methods when making decisions, and develop the skills of administrative leadership through training programs on how to deal with the problems encountered in making decisions.
