Abstract

مجتمع الدراسة: يتكون مجتمع الدارسة من جميع مديري ومديرات ومختصي/مشرفي المرحلة الأساسية الأولى في مدارس الحكومة ووكالة الغوث في محافظة خان يونس، والبالغ عددهم (189) فرداً. عينة الدراسة: من (137) فرداً من مديري ومديرات ومختصي/مشرفي المرحلة الأساسية الدنيا في مدارس الحكومة ووكالة الغوث في محافظة خان يونس للعام الدراسي 2019-2020. أهم نتائج الدراسة: جاءت درجة تطبيق مهارات التفكير التأملي لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية الدنيا للحد من المشكلات الصفية بدرجة متوسطة بوزن نسبي (66.85%) وجاءت محاور الاستبانة مرتبة ترتيباً تنازلياً كالتالي: جاء محور توظيف التفكير التأملي في الحد من مشكلة التشتت عند الطلاب في المرتبة الأولى بوزن نسبي (69.09%)، تلى ذلك المحور: توظيف التفكير التأملي في الحد من مشكلة العدوانية عند الطلاب جاء في المرتبة الثانية بوزن نسبي (67.04%)، ثم جاء بعد ذلك المحور الرابع: توظيف التفكير التأملي في الحد من مشكلة الحركة الزائدة عند الطلاب جاء في المرتبة الثالثة بوزن نسبي (66.35%)، ثم تلى ذلك المحور الأول: توظيف التفكير التأملي في الحد من مشكلة إدارة الوقت و جاء في المرتبة الرابعة بوزن نسبي (64.92%) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير (الجنس، مكان العمل، المنطقة التعليمية، المؤهل العلمي،عدد سنوات الخدمة، المسمى الوظيفي). أهم توصيات الدراسة: - ضرورة تعزيز توظيف مهارات التفكير التأملي اللازمة لحل المشكلات الصفية. - إعداد برامج تدريبية للمعلمين مبنية على توظيف مهارات التفكير التأملي في العملية التعليمية التعلمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: (تصور مقترح، التفكير التأملي، التعليم الأساسي، المشكلات الصفية) Abstract A Proposal to Develop the Reflective Thinking Skills of the Teachers of the Primary Education that are Needed to Reduce the Classroom Problems. The aim of the study: The study aimed to develop a proposed vision to develop the Reflective Thinking Skills of the Teachers of the Primary Education that are Needed to Reduce the Classroom Problems. Study Methodology:Descriptive and Analytical. Study Tool:The Questionnaire and Interview. Study Population:It consists of all head teachers and supervisors of primaryeducation at governmental and UNRWA schools at Khan Younis, and their number is (189). Study Sample: It consists of (137) of head teachers and supervisors of primary education at governmental and UNRWA schools at Khan Younis of the year 2019-2020. The most important results of the study: The degree of employing the reflective thinking skills of the teachers of primary education was a moderate degree at relative weight (66.85%). The axises of the questionnaire were arranged in descending order. The axis of employing the reflective thinking skills to reduce the problem of dispersion of students got first at relative weight (69.99%) followed by the axis ofemploying the reflective thinking skills to reduce the problem of aggression between students which got second at relative weight (67.04%),and then the axis of employing the reflective thinking skills to reduce the hyperkinetic behavior of students which got third at relative weight (66.35%) followed bythe axis of employing the reflective thinking skills to reduce the problem of time management which got fourth at relative weight (64.92%) -There is no any statistically significant differences attributed to (sex, workplace, school district, educational qualification, years of experience, or job title( The most important recommendations of the study: - The necessity of employing the reflective thinking skills to reduce the classroom problems. - To create teachers' training programs based onemploying the reflective thinking in the learning process.
