Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على السلام الداخلي، والأمل كمنبئات لإدراك معنى الحياة لدى عينة من المتعافيات من سرطان الثدي بمحافظات غزة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (184) من المتعافيات من سرطان الثدي بمحافظات غزة، واستخدمت الدراسة مقياس السلام الداخلي إعدادLee, et. al., 2012) )، ومقياس الأمل، ومقياس إدراك معنى الحياة (من إعداد الباحثة)، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى السلام الداخلي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة كان متوسطاً بوزن نسبي (67%)، وأن مستوى الأمل لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة كان مرتفعاُ بوزن نسبي (72.2%)، وأن مستوى إدراك معنى الحياة لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة كان مرتفعاُ بوزن نسبي (75.8%)، وأن هناك علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين الدرجة الكلية للسلام الداخلي من جهة, وبين الدرجة الكلية لمعنى الحياة وجميع أبعاده من جهة أخرى، كما أن هناك علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين الدرجة الكلية للأمل, وأبعاده من جهة, وبين الدرجة الكلية لمعنى الحياة وجميع أبعاده من جهة أخرى، كما أظهرت النتائج أن السلام الداخلي والأمل يمكنهما التنبؤ بمستوى إدراك معنى الحياة، وأن الأمل له تأثير أكبر من السلام الداخلي على مستوى إدراك معنى الحياة، كما بينت الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في متوسط كلٍ من السلام الداخلي, والأمل, وإدراك معنى الحياة لدى عينة من المتعافيات من سرطان الثدي بقطاع غزة تعزى إلى المتغيرات التالية (المستوى الاقتصادي، العمر، الحالة الاجتماعية، المستوى التعليمي). Abstract The study aimed at identifying inner peace and hope as Predictors of the meaning of life among breast cancer survivors In Gaza Strip, The study sample consisted of 184 breast cancer survivors across Gaza governorates. Inner peace scale, which is designed by (Lee, et. al. ,2012), was used and hope and meaning of life scales were designed by researcher. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach and concluded the following: Inner peace level of sample respondents secured a relative weight of (67%) representing a medium degree, the level of hope secured a relative weight of (72.2%) representing a high/large degree and the level of meaning of life secured a relative weight of (75.8%) representing a high/large degree. There is a statistically significant positive relationship at the level of significance (0.05) between the total score of inner peace and meaning of life with its different dimensions. Also, there is a statistically significant positive relationship at the level of significance (0.05) between the total score of hope with its different dimensions and meaning of life with its different dimensions. The results also reveal that hope and inner peace can predict the level of meaning of life and hope has a higher impact on meaning of life than inner peace. There is no statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (0.05) between hope, inner peace and meaning of life on average among breast cancer survivors in Gaza strip according to (economic level, age, social status and educational level).
