Abstract

هدفت الدراسة لإلقاء الضوء على دور جودة المعلومات التنافسية في شركات الطاقة المتجددة الفلسطينية من حيث علاقتها وتأثيرها على التفوق التنظيمي، ولقد استخدم الباحث أداة الاستبانة كوسيلة لجمع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة الذي تكون من العاملين في شركات الطاقة المتجددة الفلسطينية بقطاع غزة. واختار الباحث أسلوب المسح الشامل، وذلك لقلة عدد شركات المجتمع محل الدراسة، حيث تم توزيع 123 استبانة وتم استرداد 123 أي بنسبة 100%، وبهذا يصبح حجم مجتمع الدراسة صالحاً للتحليل الإحصائي، كما قام الباحث باعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدم برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS لتحليل البيانات وتفسيرها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن كافة معايير جودة المعلومات التنافسية على الترتيب: (المعيار الزمني، معيار المحتوى، والمعيار الشكلي) حصلت على درجة الموافقة الكبيرة من وجهة نظر المبحوثين. وهذا يدل على أن هذه المعايير لها دوراً بالغاً في تكوين جودة المعلومات التنافسية بشركات الطاقة المتجددة، ولا يمكن الاستغناء عن معيار دون الآخر، فالتهاون معناه خسارة جودة المعلومات التي ستنافس من خلالها الشركات النظيرة. كما أظهرت الدراسة حصول مجال التفوق التنظيمي على موافقة كبيرة جداً من قبل أفراد مجتمع الدراسة بنسبة 87.04%، وهذا يبين أهمية المجال وطموح مجتمع الدراسة لبلوغ التفوق التنظيمي، وحلم كل شركة للتفوق على غيرها من الشركات النظيرة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة طردية قوية بين جودة المعلومات التنافسية والتفوق التنظيمي بنسبة 80.7%، كما بينت الدراسة أن هناك تأثيراً لجودة المعلومات التنافسية على التفوق التنظيمي بنسبة 67.7% ويعود ذلك إلى معيار المحتوى من بين معايير المتغير المستقل وهي: (المعيار الزمني، معيار المحتوى، والمعيار الشكلي) وتم استبعاد كل من المعيار الزمني والمعيار الشكلي في التأثير على التفوق التنظيمي من وجهة نظر المبحوثين. وتوصي الدراسة بإيجاد فريق معلوماتي داخل شركات الطاقة المتجددة يختص في تقييم الأنظمة الشمسية وفق معايير جودة المعلومات التنافسية وأبعادها، وقيام الشركات بالعمل على تصميم نظام معلوماتي ذكي قادر على تحليل البيانات المزودة له، وإعطاء التوصيات الملاءمة للبيئة، وأيضاً إيجاد سياسة عامة تنظم عملية الاتصال والتواصل بين الجهات الحكومية وشركات الطاقة المتجددة في قطاع غزة من جهة، وبين الشركات والمستخدمين من جهة أخرى، وتفعيل دور الجهات الرقابية الحكومية وخاصة سلطة الطاقة والموارد الطبيعية للإشراف الفني والمهني على شركات الطاقة المتجددة وتطبيق معايير جودة المعلومات التنافسية، وذلك حماية للشركات والمستخدمين على حد سواء. Abstract The study aimed to shed light on the role of competitive information quality in Palestinian renewable energy companies in terms of their relationship and their impact on organizational excellence, where the researcher used the questionnaire tool as a means of collecting data from the study community that consisted from workers in Palestinian renewable energy companies in the Gaza Strip. The researcher chose the survey method, this is due to the limited number of companies under study, where 123 questionnaires were distributed and 123 were recovered which means the rate is 100%. Thus, the final sample size of the community becomes valid for statistical analysis. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach and used the SPSS statistical analysis program in the interpretation of data. The study found that all the criteria for the quality of competitive information, respectively: (the time, the content, and the formal standard) obtained approval of a large degree from the viewpoint of the respondents, and this indicates that the standards plays a strong role in creating the quality of competitive information in renewable energy companies in the Gaza Strip, and it is not possible to dispense with one criterion without the other, because the dispense means losing the quality of information through which counterpart companies will compete. The study also showed that the field of organizational excellence obtained very large approval by the members of the study community, as it obtained 87.04%, and this shows the importance of the field and the aspiration of the study community to achieve organizational excellence, and the dream of each company to be unique and distinguished over other counterparts The study concluded that there is a strong direct relationship between the quality of competitive information and organizational excellence by 80.7%, and the study also showed that there is an effect of the quality of competitive information on organizational excellence of 67.7% due to the content standard from the following standards of independent variable: (time, content , and form standard). Both the time and the formal standard were excluded in influencing organizational excellence from the respondent's point of view. The study recommends finding an information team within renewable energy companies that specializes in evaluating solar systems according to the standards of competitive information quality and dimensions, and start companies to design an intelligent information system that facilitates the flow of information to employers. It works to store and archive data and the ability to analyze it and give recommendations that are appropriate for the environment. It also facilitates the process of communication between companies and users to measure their satisfaction and benefit from it, and finding an approved public policy that organizes the process of communication between the government authorities and renewable energy companies in the Gaza Strip and activating the role of government, especially the Palestinian energy and natural resources authority for technical and professional supervision on renewable energy companies and the application of the standards of information quality competitive and protection for businesses and users alike.
