Abstract

هدفت الدِّرَاسَة إلَى تَقْيِيمِ مَنْظُومَةِ الِامْتِحَانِ الشَّامِلِ فِي الْكُلِّيَّاتِ الْمُتَوَسِّطَةِ بمحافظاتِ فِلَسْطِين الْجَنُوبِيَّةِ، واقتراحِ مجموعةٍ من السُبِّلٍ لتطويرها، واعْتَمَدْت الْبَاحِثَةُ الْمَنْهَجَ الْوَصْفِيّ، بأسلوبِه التحليلي، واسْتخْدِمَت الِاسْتِبَانَةَ كأداةٍ رئيسةٍ لِلدِّرَاسَة، وتمّ اخْتِيَارُ عَيْنِةِ الدِّرَاسَة بِطَرِيقِة الْعِينَة العشوائيةِ الطبقيَّة، وفقًا لمتغيراتِ الدِّرَاسَة التصنيفيةِ الأربعةِ (الكليَّة _ الْجِهَة الْمُشَرَّفَة _ طَبِيعَة بَرامِج الكلية _ جنسُ الطلبةِ)، من (12) كُلِّيَّة مُتَوَسِّطَة، حَيْث تَكَوَّنَت عَينةُ الدِّرَاسَةِ مِن (300) من العاملين الأكاديميين والإداريين في الكليات المتوسطة، و(200) خريجٍ وخريجة، وكان من أهمِّ النتائجِ التي توصلتْ إليها الدراسةُ: أن درجةَ تقديرِ أفرادِ عينةِ الدراسةِ (العاملون الأكاديميون والإداريون) لمستوى عناصرِ منظومةِ الامتحانِ الشاملِ في الكليات المتوسطة بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية جاءت بوزنٍ نسبيٍّ قدرُه (73.20 %)، وهي درجةٌ مرتفعةٌ، وأنًّ درجةَ تقديرِ أفرادِ عينةِ الدراسةِ (الخريجين) لمستوى رضاهم عن منظومةِ الامتحانِ الشاملِ في الكلياتِ المتوسطةِ بمحافظاتِ فلسطينَ الجنوبيةِ حصلت على وزنٍ نسبيٍّ قدرُه (80.10 %)، أي أنها بدرجةٌ مرتفعةٌ جدًا، وكذلك تبيَّنَ وجودِ فروقٍ ذاتِ دلالةٍ إحصائيةٍ بين متوسطاتِ درجاتِ تقدير أفرادِ العينة (العاملون الأكاديميون والإداريون) لمستوى عناصرِ منظومةِ الامتحانِ الشاملِ تُعزى إلى متغيرِ الكليَّةِ، وذلك لصالحٍ كليَّةِ مجتمعِ تدريبِ غزة، في حين تبينَ وجودِ فروقٍ ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجاتِ تقدير أفراد العينة (العاملون الأكاديميون والإداريون) تُعزى إلى متغيرِ الجهة المشرفةِ، وذلك لصالح الأونروا، أما ما يتعلق بالفروقِ تبعًا إلى متغيرِ طبيعةِ البرامج، فقد جاءت لصالحِ البرامجِ النظرية، كذلك كشفت الدراسةُ عن عدم وجودِ فروق ذات دلالةٍ إحصائيةٍ بين متوسطات درجاتِ تقديرِ أفراد عينةِ الدراسة (الخريجين) لمستوى رضاهم عن منظومةِ الامتحانِ الشاملِ تعزى إلى مُتغيرِ الجنس، في حين تبين وجودُ فروقٍ تُعزى إلى متغيرِ الجهةٍ المشرفة، وذلك لصالحِ الأونروا، ووجودُ فروقٍ تعزى إلى متغيرِ طبيعةِ البرامج لصالحٍ البرامجِ النظرية. - وتقدمت الباحثةُ بعديدٍ من التوصيات، أهمُّها: عقدُ دوراتٍ تدريبةٍ وتأهيليةٍ إثرائية لكافة الإداريين وأعضاءِ هيئة التدريس حول الامتحان الشاملِ، وعقد اجتماعاتٍ دوريةٍ بينَ وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي والكلياتِ المعنيةِ لمناقشةِ إجراءاتِ الامتحان الشامل، وإصدار نشراتٍ دوريةٍ من قبلِ الكلياتِ والجهات المشرفة للطلبةِ، لمعرفة أيَّ مستجدٍ حولَ منظومةٍ الامتحان الشامل، وعقد ورشِ عملٍ بين المختصينَ في اللجانِ لتحديدِ الإجراءاتِ والاحتياجاتِ لعقدِ الامتحان، وتطوير معاييرِ الامتحانِ التطبيقيِّ الشاملِ، بما يلبي التطورَ المعرفيَ والتطورَ التكنولوجيَ للمجتمع. الكلماتُ المِفتاحيةُ: تقييمُ _ منظومةُ الامتحانِ التطبيقيِّ الشامل _ محافظاتُ فلسطينَ الجنوبية. Abstract Evaluating the Comprehensive Exam System in the Intermediate Colleges in the Southern Governorates of Palestine and ways of Developing them Prepared by/ Supervised by/ The researcher: Hanan A.ELtallouli Dr. Mahmoud E. Khalaf Allah This study aims to evaluate comprehensive exam system in intermediate colleges in the governorates of Southern Palestine and to propose ways of developing them. The researcher applied the descriptive and analytical style, and used the questionnaire as a tool head of the study. The study sample was chosen in a manner stratified random sample, according to the variables of the study of the four taxonomic (College _ The supervising authority _ the nature of the college programs _ the gender of the students), from (12) intermediate faculties, where the sample of the study consisted of (100) head of department, (200) graduates, and (200) faculty member. One of the most important findings of the study is that average study sample population estimates (faculty members) for the level of elements of the comprehensive examination system in the intermediate colleges in southern Palestine governorates came with a relative weight of (73.20%), with a high degree. Meanwhile, the estimates of the study sample individuals (graduates) for their level of satisfaction with the comprehensive examination system in the intermediate colleges in the southern governorates of Palestine have obtained a relative weight of (80.10%), also it was found that there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the estimates of the sample members (faculty members) for the level of elements of the comprehensive examination system due to the college variable. This is in favor of the Gaza Training Community College, while there were statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample's estimates (faculty members) attributable to the variable of the supervising authority, in favor of UNRWA. As for the differences according to the nature of the programs, it came in favor of theoretical programs. The study also revealed that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample individuals (graduates) for their level of satisfaction with the comprehensive examination system due to the gender variable While there were differences due to the variable of the supervising authority, in favor of UNRWA, and the presence of differences due to the variable nature of programs in favor of theoretical programs, while there were differences due to the variable of the supervising authority, in favor of UNRWA, and the presence of differences due to the variable nature of programs in favor of theoretical programs. The researcher presented many recommendations, the most important are: Holding enriching training and qualifying courses for all administrators and faculty members on the comprehensive exam, holding regular meetings between the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and the concerned colleges to discuss comprehensive examination procedures, issuing periodical bulletins by colleges and supervising bodies for students to find out any new developments about the comprehensive examination system, and holding workshops between the specialists in the committees to define the procedures and needs for holding the exam, and developing comprehensive application exam standards, to meet the cognitive and technological development of society.
