Abstract

نابلس مدينة قديمة مرت عليها حقبات تاريخية عديدة ، وتحوي بعض أثار تلك الحقب ، ولا تزال المدينة الاسلامية القديمة ، قائمة بمعالمها. وكنتيجة للعوامل الطبيعة كالزلازل ، والسياسية المتمثلة بمن يحاول محو ثقافتنا ،والاقتصادية الضعيفة ، وقلة الموارد المالية . قد تؤثر سلبا على المدينة الاسلامية . والحفاظ علىالمدينة الاسلامية القديمة وضمان سبل الموارد المالية إليها مسؤولية لضمان بقائها للاجيال القادمة ، ولذلك تلقي الدراسة الضوء على الشوارع التجارية التقليدية في المدينة القديمة ، لتحليل الوضع الراهن فيها . وهدفت الدراسة الى : المحافظة على استدامة الأسواق الشعبية وإعادة تأهيلها وتطويرها كوجهة اقتصادية وثقافية وسياحية ، وايجاد الحلول لمشاكل الاسواق الراهنة ، وتحفيز الاستثمار في الأسواق الشعبية، وذلك من خلال توفير فرص عمل وفرص استثماري ،سواء في الأسواق أو في عرض وبيع المنتجات المحلية، وإبراز الهوية العمرانية المميزة للأسواق الشعبية، ثم دعم الجانب السياحي والترفيهي والأنشطة الاجتماعية والثقافية في الأسواق الشعبية. واتبعت الدراسة منهجية لتقيم الوضع الحالي ، اعتمدت على البحث الميداني والذي شمل توزيع الاستبيان ، والزيارات الميدانية والملاحظات الشخصية .تم تحديد المشاكل التي تعاني منها في تحليل المعلومات التي spss الشوارع التجارية في المدينة القديمة .واستخدم نظام الاحصاء تم من خلالها تحديد الامكانات والفرص للشوارع التقليدية . توصلت الدراسة الى ان الشوارع التجارية التقليدية بالرغم من أنا تتمتع بالجذب المستمر اليها تعاني من مشاكل ، تم وضع استراتيجيات لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة ، وسياحة مستدامة لتحقيق دخل مستمر لاصحاب المحلات . Nablus is an old city. It experienced several historical stages and includes some antiquities of those stages. It is still the old Islamic City with its live landmarks. And as a result of the natural factors like earthquakes and the policy represented by those who try to wipe its culture and the weak economy and lack of the financial resources. These things may negativity affect this Islamic City. For preserving this old Islamic City and securing the financial resources to it this is a trust we should keep it and defend it to enable it to survive for the succeeding generations . For this the study sheds light on the commercial traditional streets in the old city for analyzing its current situation . This study aimed at keeping on the sustainable of the popular markets and rehabilitant them as an economical cultural and tourist aspect and finding solutions to the current market problems and motivating investment in the popular markets through creating job opportunities and investment opportunities whether in the markets or in exhibiting and in bringing out the distinguished construction identity to the popular markets then supporting the touris and recreational face and the social and cultural activities in the popular markets . c The study followed a method of evaluating the current situation. It adopted the field research which included distribution of investment and the field visits and personal notes then limiting the problems which the commercial street in the old city suffer from , and using the statistical package for social science (spss) in analyzing the data through possibilities and opportunities which the traditional streets were limited
