Abstract

Science of planning is considered the basis for any developmental process that covers the required region. Planning has many domains including environmental planning which concerns about putting the policies and standards which include administrating and regulating all environmental elements and pollutants, one of the main environmental pollutants are solid waste and the damages and harms cause like latchets, toxic and polluting gases that had an extreme impact on environment and human health. Palestine is considered one of the developing countries that is still suffering from great pollutants and damages results from solid waste existing in random dumpsites in unhealthy and wrong places. In common and most cases, Garbage is disposed off by either burying or burning without taking in consideration the standards and bases of safety and intact administration. So
