Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر البرامج التدريبية في الحد من حوادث وإصابات العمل في شركة توزيع كهرباء محافظات غزة. وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين في شركة توزيع كهرباء محافظات غزة، والبالغ عددهم (645) مفردة، واستخدمت الباحثة أسلوب العينة العشوائية الطبقية، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (241) مفردة، واستخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة والمقابلة أدوات لجمع البيانات، وبلغ عدد الاستبانات المستردة (194) لم يُستَبْعد أيّ منها نظرًا لتحقق الشروط المطلوبة، وعليه كانت نسبة الاستجابة (80.49%). وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: أن الوزن النسبي للدرجة الكلية لاستجابات المبحوثين على محاور البرامج التدريبية جاء بدرجة كبيرة وبلغ (78.16%)، وأن الوزن النسبي للدرجة الكلية لاستجابات المبحوثين على محور الحد من حوادث وإصابات العمل جاء بدرجة كبيرة وبلغ (77.64%)، كما توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد متغير البرامج التدريبية والحد من حوادث وإصابات العمل في شركة توزيع كهرباء محافظات غزة، ويوجد أثر ذو دلالة احصائية لمحاور البرامج التدريبية التالية (تنفيذ البرامج التدريبية، وتقييم البرامج التدريبية) حسب الترتيب على الحد من حوادث وإصابات العمل، حيث فسرت هذه الأنماط ما نسبته (49.1%) من التباين الكلي في الحد من حوادث وإصابات العمل والباقي يعود لعوامل أخرى، ولم يُسجل بُعدي (تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية، وتصميم البرامج التدريبية) تأثير دال إحصائياً. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة اهتمام الإدارة العليا في شركة توزيع كهرباء محافظات غزة بجميع أبعاد البرامج التدريبية، والعناصر التي تُساهم في الحد من حوادث وإصابات العمل التي أظهرت النتائج أهميتها وأثرها في الحد من حوادث وإصابات العمل في الشركة، وإقامة برامج تدريبية تعمق ثقافة الحد من حوادث وإصابات العمل، وتنشر الوعي لدى العاملين في الشركة في مجال السلامة المهنية، والعمل على تحليل الأخطار الكامنة والمحتملة في بيئة عمل الشركة المتغيرة والتي يمكن أن تسبب الحوادث في المستقبل والعمل على معالجتها والوقاية منها بطريقة استباقية. Abstract The study aimed to identify the impact of training programs in reducing work accidents and injuries in the Gaza Electricity Distribution Company (GEDCO). The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study population consisted of all the employees in the GEDCO, whose number is (645) individuals. The researcher used the stratified random sample method, and the study sample amounted to (241) individuals. The number of questionnaires retrieved was (194), none of which were excluded due to the fulfillment of the required conditions, and accordingly the response rate was (80.49%). The study concluded with several results, the most important of which are: The relative weight of the total degree of respondents’ responses on the axes of the training programs came to a large degree and amounted to (78.16%), and that the relative weight of the total degree of respondents’ responses on the axis of reducing work accidents and injuries came to a large degree and amounted to (77.64%), and there is also a statistically significant correlation Between the dimensions of the training program variable and the reduction of work accidents and injuries in the GEDCO, there is a statistically significant effect of the following training program axes (implementation of training programs, evaluation of training programs) in order on reducing work accidents and injuries, as these patterns were explained by (49.1 %) of the total variance in the reduction of work accidents and injuries, and the rest is due to other factors, The two dimensions (identifying training needs and designing training programs) did not have a statistically significant effect. The study reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: The necessity for the top management of the GEDCO to pay attention to all dimensions of training programs, and the elements that contribute to reducing work accidents and injuries, the results of which showed their importance and impact on reducing work accidents and injuries in the company, and establishing training programs that deepen the culture of reducing work accidents and injuries, and publish Awareness of the company’s workers in the field of occupational safety, and work to analyze the latent and potential dangers in the company’s changing work environment that could cause accidents in the future and work to treat and prevent them in a proactive manner.
