Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الخاصة بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية وعلاقته بمستوى الروح المعنوية لدى معلميهم، وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بمجاله الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (247) معلماً، يمثلون ما يقارب من نسبة (38%) من مجتمع الدراسة، وقد تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، ومثلت الاستبانة أداة الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:  أن تقدير عينة الدراسة لمستوى الابداع الاداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الخاصة بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية؛ حصل على وزن نسبي (84.52%) أي بدرجة كبيرة جداً.  لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات عينة الدراسة لمستوى الابداع الاداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الخاصة تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة)، أيضا تبين أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغير التخصص، ما عدا بعد "الحساسية للمشكلات"، حيث وجدت فروق دالة إحصائياً لصالح المعلمين الذين تخصصهم إنساني.  أن تقدير عينة الدراسة لمستوى الروح المعنوية لدى معلمي المدارس الثانوية الخاصة بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية؛ حصل على وزن نسبي (85.80%) أي بدرجة كبيرة جداً.  لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات عينة الدراسة لمستوى الروح المعنوية لدى معلمي المدارس الثانوية الخاصة تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، التخصص، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة).  توجد علاقة ارتباطية طردية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات تقدير أفراد العينة لمستوى الابداع الاداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الخاصة بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية ومتوسطات تقديرهم لمستوى الروح المعنوية لدى معلميها. وكان من أهم توصيات الدراسة: - عرض تجارب إدارية إبداعية لمديرين متميزين خلال لقاءات تضم مديري المدارس الثانوية الخاصة بفلسطين. - عقد دورات متخصصة في الابداع الاداري لمديري المدارس الثانوية الخاصة بفلسطين. - انضمام موظفي المدارس الخاصة إلى هيئة التأمين والمعاشات أسوة بباقي المؤسسات التعليمية، لمزيد من تحقيق الأمان الوظيفي لهم. Abstract Administrative creativity among private secondary school principals in the Southern governorates of Palestine and its relationship to the level of morale among their teachers The study aimed to identify the level of administrative creativity among private secondary school principals in the Southern governorates of Palestine and its relationship to the level of morale among their teachers. The study followed the analytical descriptive approach in its relational field. The study’s sample consisted of (247) teachers, representing approximately (38%) of the study population. They were chosen by the stratified random method. The questionnaire represented the tool of the study. It reached the following results. The estimate of the study’s sample of the level of administrative creativity among private secondary school principals in the Southern governorates of Palestine obtained arelative weight (84.52%), which is very high There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the averages of the study sample’s estimates of the level of administrative creativity among private secondary school principals due to the variables of gender, educational qualification and years of service. It is found that there are no statistically significant differences due to the variable of specialization, except for "sensitivity to problems" dimension, where there were statistically significant differences in favor of teachers whose specialization is human science. The estimate of the study’s sample of the level of morale among private secondary school teachers in the Southern governorates of Palestine obtained a relative weight (85.80%), which is very high There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the averages of the study sample's estimates of the level of morale of private secondary school teachers due to the variables such as sex, specialization, educational qualification and years of service. There is a direct positive correlation with statistical significance at the level (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean of the sample's estimate of the level of administrative creativity of the principals of private secondary schools in the Southern governorates of Palestine and their mean of the level of morale of its teachers. There is a direct positive correlation with statistical significance at the level (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean of the sample's estimate of the level of administrative creativity of the principals of private secondary schools in the Southern governorates of Palestine and their mean of the level of morale of its teachers Among the most important recommendations of the study were:  Presenting creative management experiences of distinguished principals during meetings involving principals of private secondary schools in Palestine  Holding specialized courses in administrative creativity for principals of private secondary schools in Palestine  Private school employees should join the authority of Insurance and pensions, like other educational institutions, in order to achieve job security for them.
