Abstract

"مدى تطبيق تقنيات التحول الرقمي وأثرها على كفاءة قرارات المستثمرين" هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مدى تطبيق تقنيات التحول الرقمي وأثرها على كفاءة قرارات المستثمرين في البنوك الفلسطينية المدرجة في بورصة فلسطين، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدم الاستبانة أداة للدراسة، وبلغ مجتمع الدراسة (446) موظف في البنوك المدرجة في بورصة فلسطين الثلاث بالمحافظات الجنوبية (بنك فلسطين، بنك القدس، البنك الإسلامي الفلسطيني)، وقد تم توزيع (446) استبانة كمجتمع وعينة للدراسة وتم استرداد (402) استبانة بنسبة (90.1%) موزعة على (موظف إداري، رئيس، رئيس قسم، مدير دائرة) في هذه البنوك الثلاث بالمحافظات الجنوبية (بنك فلسطين، بنك القدس، البنك الإسلامي الفلسطيني). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أبرزها بلغ الوزن النسبي للتحول الرقمي بأبعاده الأربعة (82.9%)، كما بلغ الوزن النسبي لقرارات المستثمرين(76.9%)، ويوجد أثر إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05 ≥ α) لأبعاد التحول الرقمي (الخطط الاستراتيجية، الموارد البشرية) في البنوك الإسلامية الفلسطينية، كذلك عدم وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05 ≥ α) لبعدي (الثقافة التنظيمية، البنية الاساسية) في البنوك الإسلامية الفلسطينية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطوير منظومة تقديم التمويل للمستثمرين والتوسع في إنشاء إدارات أكثر تطوراً للتعامل في هذا المجال ، كذلك الكشف عن مواطن الضعف في البيئة الداخلية للوكنك من خلال إجراء التحليل البيئي وذلك من أجل الحد من نقاط الضعف وتحويلها إلى نقاط قوة، أيضاً ضرورة قيام البنوك بالعمل على تحقيق رضا عملائهم والاستجابة لتطلعاتهم وذلك من خلال تبني التوجهات الاستراتيجية التي تخدم ذلك الهدف، والعمل على صياغة الأهداف الاستراتيجية للبنك في ضوء رؤية ورسالة البنوك، ولكن مع مراعاة تحقيق التوازن بين المتطلبات والإمكانيات المتاحة. الكلمات المفتاحية: (التحول الرقمي، قرارات المستثمرين، البنوك المدرجة في بورصة فلسطين).   Abstract "Extent of Application of Digital Transformation Technologies and Their Impact on the Efficiency of Investor Decisions" The study aimed to identify the extent of applying digital transformation techniques and their impact on the efficiency of investors' decisions in the Palestinian banks listed on the Palestine Stock Exchange. (Bank of Palestine, Quds Bank, Palestine Islamic Bank), (446) questionnaires were distributed as a community and sample for the study, and (402) questionnaires were retrieved at a rate of (90.1%) distributed to (administrative employee, head, department head, department manager) in these banks The three southern governorates (Bank of Palestine, Al-Quds Bank, and the Palestinian Islamic Bank). The study reached several results, most notably the relative weight of digital transformation with its four dimensions (82.9%), and the relative weight of investor decisions (76.9%). There is a statistically significant positive effect at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) for the dimensions of digital transformation (strategic plans). , human resources) in the Palestinian Islamic banks, as well as the absence of a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) for the two dimensions (organizational culture, infrastructure) in the Palestinian Islamic banks.
