Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة العاملين في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الفلسطينية الخاصة في محافظات فلسطين الجنوبية لأبعاد تكنوستراتيجية إدارة المعلومات المحددة في الدراسة ودورها في تحقيق الميزة التكنولوجية لهذه المؤسسات، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق هذا الهدف، واستخدمت أداة الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في (232) مفردة من العاملين في كافة المستويات الإدارية في هذه المؤسسات تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية من المجتمع الكلي والبالغ عدد العاملين فيها (577) مفردة، واستعان الباحث ببرنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS لتحليل البيانات والإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة أنها أظهرت أن مستوى تطبيق متغير تكنوستراتيجية إدارة المعلومات على المستوى الكلي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الفلسطينية الخاصة في محافظات فلسطين الجنوبية قد جاء بدرجة كبيرة بواقع (73.52%)، وأظهرت الدراسة أن مستوى تطبيق متغير الميزة التكنولوجية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الفلسطينية الخاصة في محافظات فلسطين الجنوبية قد جاء بدرجة كبيرة بواقع (77.60%)، وأظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباط موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى تطبيق تكنوستراتيجية إدارة المعلومات ككل ولكل بعد على حده والميزة التكنولوجية من وجهة نظر العاملين في هذه المؤسسات، وأظهرت الدراسة وجود تأثير معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات عينة الدراسة حول مستوى تطبيق متغير تكنوستراتيجية إدارة المعلومات ككل ولكل بعد منها والميزة التكنولوجية لهذه المؤسسات، وأخيراً أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات عينة الدراسة حول مستوى تطبيق متغير تكنوستراتيجية إدارة المعلومات ودورها في الميزة التكنولوجية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الفلسطينية الخاصة في محافظات فلسطين الجنوبية تعزى لمتغيرات: العمر، الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي، والمستوى الوظيفي. وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها بأن تتعامل الجامعات المبحوثة مع العاملين المبدعين لديها على أنهم ثروة ثمينة وأن تعمل هذه الجامعات على توفير المناخ المناسب للعاملين لتحسين عملهم وتحفيزهم على الإبداع وتوصي الدراسة بأن تحث الجامعات المبحوثة عامليها على تبادل الخبرات والمهارات في مجال استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وأن تأخذ هذه الجامعات بالحسبان التغير المستمر في التكنولوجيا والابداعات التكنولوجية. Abstract This study aimed to identify the degree of practice of workers in private Palestinian higher education institutions in the southern provinces of Palestine for the dimensions of information management technology and strategy identified in the study and its role in achieving the competitive advantage of these institutions. The study sample consisted of (232) employees at all administrative levels in these institutions were chosen randomly from the total community and the number of employees in them (577) employees and the researcher used the SPSS statistical package to analyze data and answer the questions of the study. Among the most important findings of the study, the study showed that the level of application of the information management technology variable at the total level in private Palestinian higher education institutions in the southern provinces of Palestine came to a large extent (73.52%), the study showed that the level of application of the technological advantage variable in private Palestinian higher education institutions in the southern provinces of Palestine came to a large degree by (77.60%), the study showed the existence of a positive, statistically significant correlation between the level of application of information management technology as a whole and for each dimension separately, and the technological advantage from the point of view of workers in these institutions, the study showed a significant statistically significant effect between the average estimates of the study sample on the level of application of the information management technology variable as a whole and each dimension and the technological advantage of these institutions and the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the study sample about the level of application of the information management techno strategy variable and its role in technological advantage in private Palestinian higher education institutions in the southern provinces of Palestine due to the variables: age, gender, years of experience, educational qualification, and occupational level. The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important are the study recommends that the universities surveyed deal with their creative workers as a precious wealth and that these universities work to provide the appropriate climate for workers to improve their work and motivate them to be creative and the study recommends that the surveyed universities urge their employees to exchange experiences and skills in the use of information technology, and that these universities take into account the continuous changes of technology and technological innovations.
