Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر استخدام نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تعزيز الريادة الاستراتيجية، من وجهة نظر العاملين في الكليات التقنية الحكومية بقطاع غزة، حيث استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكانت الاستبانة هي الأداة الرئيسة لجمع البيانات، وقد بلغ مجتمع الدراسة (501) عاملاً، حيث تم استخدام طريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة؛ لتمثيل مجتمع الدراسة الحقيقي، والتي بلغ عدد مفرداتها (221). ولقد أثبتت نتائج الدراسة وجود موافقة بدرجة كبيرة على توافر نظم المعلومات الإدارية بأبعادها الثلاثة، بلغ وزنها النسبي (71.79%)، فقد توافرت الموارد المادية بدرجة كبيرة، بلغ وزنها النسبي (73.44%)، وتوافرت الموارد البرمجية بدرجة موافقة كبيرة، بلغ وزنها النسبي (71.74%)، وتوافرت الموارد البشرية بدرجة موافقة، بلغ وزنها النسبي (70.41%). كما بينت النتائج توفر ممارسة الريادة الاستراتيجية بدرجة متوسطة، كان وزنها نسبي (67.78%). بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر للمتغيرات المستقلة (الموارد البشرية، الموارد البرمجية) في تعزيز الريادة الاستراتيجية في الكليات التقنية بقطاع غزة، بينما تبين عدم وجود أثر لمتغير الموارد المادية بوجود باقي المتغيرات المستقلة الأخرى. تبين أنه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات عينة الدراسة حول كل من: (نظم المعلومات الإدارية، والريادة الاستراتيجية) في الكليات التقنية بقطاع غزة تعزى للمتغيرات التالية (الكلية، العمر، النوع، المسمى الوظيفي، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة). تبين أنه يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات عينة الدراسة حول كل من: (نظم المعلومات الإدارية (الموارد المادية)، والريادة الاستراتيجية) في الكليات التقنية بقطاع غزة تعزى لمتغير العمر لفئة أقل من 30سنة، وأكثر من 45سنة. وفي ضوء النتائج المتحصلة، أوصت الدراسة: عمل دورات تدريبية خاصة لتقوية العاملين بالكليات على استخدام نظم المعلومات الإدارية، أوصت بتشجيع إدارة الكلية العاملين؛ للبحث عن أفكار مهمة لمستقبلها، توفير برامج تلبي عمل كافة المستويات الإدارية بالكليات. Abstract This study aimed to identify the impact of the use of management information systems in enhancing strategic Entrepreneurship, from the point of view of workers in government technical colleges in the Gaza Strip. The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was the main tool for data collection. The total study population was (501) workers, where the simple random sample method was used to represent the real study population, which reached (221) workers. The results of the study proved that there is a large degree of approval for the availability of management information systems in three dimensions, with a relative weight of (71.79%). Material resources were available to a large degree, with a relative weight of (73.44%). Software resources were available with a great degree of approval, with a relative weight of (71.74%). Human resources were available with an approval degree, with a relative weight of (70.41%). The results also showed that the practice of strategic leadership was available to a moderate degree, with a relative weight (67.78%). The results of the study showed that there is an impact of the independent variables (human resources, software resources) in enhancing strategic leadership in the technical colleges in the Gaza Strip, while it was found that there is no effect of the material resources variable in the presence of the rest of the other independent variables. It was found that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the estimates of the study sample on each of (management information systems and strategic leadership) in the technical colleges in the Gaza Strip due to the following variables (college, age, gender, job title, academic qualification, years of service). It was found that there are statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the study sample on each of: (management information systems (material resources), and strategic leadership) in technical colleges in the Gaza Strip due to the age variable for the group under 30 years, and more than 45 years. In light of the results obtained, the study recommended: the work of special training courses to strengthen the staff of the colleges on the use of management information systems, recommended to encourage the college administration workers to search for important ideas for its future, and to provide programs that meet the work of all administrative levels in colleges.
